SOFTIMAGE|XSI First Time Experience

I decided to dig deeper into the world of 3D Modeling, animation, visual effects etc. and purchased SOFTIMAGE|XSI Essentials.

Pre-Purchase Experience

The first thing I wanted to know before purchasing this very powerful software was how easy would it be to use and if I need help how hard would it be to find the information I was looking for.
When visiting the website for the first time the website was displaying the very nice site for XSI 6.5 and contained a large amount of informaiton that I browsed through for hours to see what I can do with the software. After a few hours of browsing the website it changed to an even nicer website showcasing their upcoming XSI 7 with ICE. I had previously downloaded their free mod tools for producing models for games like Crysis, VALVE Based games and pretty much any game that is advanced enough to allow you to import models.

I have owned FL Studio XXL from Image Soft for a few months now and I must say it is a really nice piece of software that allows you to make any type of music easily from beginier to expert.



So if your a like to make music for fun or do it professional FL Studio is a great tool to have.

FL Studio is the most complete virtual studio currently available. It will play any sample file (wav), generator (softsynth), VSTi & DXi) or midi instrument you feed it.

You will be creating wav, mp3 or midi songs or loops only minutes after launching it.

A few of the FFOW server admins got together to discuss the future of FFOW and how we can help increase it's playerbase and help the game grow while awaiting for the next path 1.1.0. If you would like to join us in the mission to further better the FFOW Community you can check out the forums here.
